## Catalog admission

Videos must pass source availability, embedding, metadata, taxonomy, and safety checks before publication. Safety uncertainty blocks publication. Higher-risk content receives an independent second pass, and sampled live decisions are audited. Videos can also be flagged for follow-up or hidden after parent and kid feedback. A human does not review every video. Public badges describe verified source credentials or explicit human confirmation only; automated noncredentialed videos carry no review badge.
