These are the orgs whose certified coaches earn the “Coached by [org]” badge on a video. The rest of the catalog carries “Curated by Alex.” Every video is reviewed before catalog entry, either way.

§ 01 · How it works

Three steps from signup to a kid training.

The product is curation + safety + rhythm. Each step takes a few taps; the rhythm part is the point.

Step 01

Create a free account, add your kid

Parent email + a kid passcode the kid types to start. Kid mode is passcode-only — no social feed, no DMs, no leaderboards. No card. No countdown.

Step 02

We generate a 20-minute session

Pulled from the operator-reviewed catalog, matched to your kid’s age and position, paced for the time you have. Every drill carries the curation badge.

Step 03

Hand off the device, check what they finished

Your kid trains; the dashboard shows what they completed and how their streak is going. FIFA 11+ cool-down auto-appends to combined sessions.

§ 02 · The curriculum

Four pillars. Every drill labeled by age, position, and load.

Not a firehose of YouTube. A short list you trust, in an order that makes sense for your kid's age.

01

Technical skills

Cone weaves at 8. Toe-taps and pull-backs at 10. 1v1 finishing at 13. The drill grows when the kid does, not when YouTube decides.

02

Speed & agility

A-skips before sprints. Lateral bounds before plyos. Reactive cuts before agility ladders. Growth plates first, speed second.

03

Strength & injury prevention

FIFA 11+ warm-up. Single-leg balance work. Posterior-chain progressions. The boring 8 minutes that keep your kid on the pitch in November.

Body weight → Supervised loadingWhat parents say →
04

Goalkeeper-specific

Set position. W-catch. Diving collapse. Distribution under pressure. Because "stand in goal so we can shoot" is not a practice plan.

§ 03 · The promise

Curation is the work. Safety is the rule. Free is the promise.

§ 04 · Get started

Free for parents. Forever.

Curation is the work. Safety is the rule. Free is the promise. No card on file, no countdown — the drill catalog stays free, forever, because paywalls don't belong between your kid and a safe drill.
