If you're a parent with a question about the app

Make a free family account at soccerskills.app/signup. The dashboard has a feedback link that goes straight to the operator's inbox. Every one of those messages is read and answered by a real person, not a form letter.

If you're a pediatrician, school district, or club asking about safety

Questions about our COPPA posture, content review policy, age-appropriate load labels, or how to evaluate the app for a group of families go to legal@soccerskills.app.

If you found something broken on the site

Email legal@soccerskills.app with a brief description of what broke, the page URL, and a screenshot if you have one. We'll log it and follow up when the fix lands.

Response time

Inbound messages are answered in batches, usually within a few days. Truly urgent safety concerns (a video that shouldn't have been approved, a privacy concern) get same-day attention. Everything else gets a thoughtful reply when we can write one.
