These are the orgs whose certified coaches earn the “Coached by [org]” badge on a video. The rest of the catalog carries a “Curated” badge. Every video is reviewed before catalog entry, either way.
§ 01 · How it works
The product is curation + safety + rhythm. Each step takes a few taps; the rhythm part is the point.
Parent email + a kid passcode the kid types to start. Kid mode is passcode-only – no social feed, no DMs, no leaderboards. No card. No countdown.
Pulled from the reviewed catalog, matched to your kid’s age and position, paced for the time you have. Every drill carries the curation badge.
Your kid trains; the dashboard shows what they completed and how their streak is going. FIFA 11+ cool-down auto-appends to combined sessions.
§ 02 · The curriculum
Not a firehose of YouTube. A short list you trust, in an order that makes sense for your kid's age.
Cone weaves at 8. Toe-taps and pull-backs at 10. 1v1 finishing at 13. The drill grows when the kid does, not when YouTube decides.
A-skips before sprints. Lateral bounds before plyos. Reactive cuts before agility ladders. Growth plates first, speed second.
FIFA 11+ warm-up. Single-leg balance work. Posterior-chain progressions. The boring 8 minutes that keep your kid on the pitch in November.
Set position. W-catch. Diving collapse. Distribution under pressure. Because "stand in goal so we can shoot" is not a practice plan.
§ 03 · The promise
Curation is the work. Safety is the rule. Free is the promise.

§ 04 · From the blog

Goalkeeper drills for beginners work in one order: set position, footwork, catching, then diving. Here is a 20-minute session for a U10 to U12 keeper, and the safety rules that come before the first dive.

Soccer drills for 12 year olds stop being about performing a skill and start being about performing it under pressure. Combination play, first touch, decisions, and the first supervised light load at U11 and U12.

Solo soccer drills are the ones a kid can run with a ball, a wall, and whatever space is behind the house. Here is a complete 20-minute session for U10 through U12, in five timed blocks.
§ 04 · Get started
Curation is the work. Safety is the rule. Free is the promise. No card on file, no countdown – the drill catalog stays free, forever, because paywalls don't belong between your kid and a safe drill.
